Our 45-minute trip takes you out of Reading, along The Warren and through the narrows. There’s river life in abundance and even the chance of seeing kingfishers and herons.
Please note that on occasion if the river is flowing with a heavy stream we may need to alter the course of our river trips. The trip length with remain unchanged but the exact route may differ.
This is a perfect cruise for those that fancy a taster, with plenty to see but leaving lots more for you to experience on one of our other trips. There’s a fully-stocked bar, hot drinks and a selection of snacks to enjoy either inside the cabin or on deck.
Cruises run weekends from April until the end of September, daily during school holidays and on Sundays in October at 12.45 and 15.35.
We are currently unable able to operate any cruises. You will not be able to make a reservation or book tickets until we are advised that it is permitted to start river trips again. In the interim we are testing systems and layout plans on our vessels to be able to return to service as soon as possible and so we can all, once again, enjoy the stunning River Thames. Stay safe and we hope to see you soon.
The Skipper and his crew were excellent, the boat was ideal, the timing was perfect and the food was served with a smile.
A big thank you to you, the crew and the captain for our great day out on the river…The food was wonderful, a very informative talk, and a sunny day! We all loved it.
I loved every minute of it, the commentary was really interesting and can't wait to go again.
