We are looking for new members of staff to join our team that will bring a professional, punctual attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the water.
Successful candidates will need to be 18 years and over, have experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, professional, confident and a team player.
This is a casual/seasonal role with shifts covering weekdays, evenings and weekends. Your role onboard will be to assist onboard operations, under the directions of the Skipper. Bar work and Crewing. **PLEASE NOTE: We are not located in London. We operate on the Upper reaches of the River Thames in Caversham Reading

As a crew member you are the eyes and ears of the skipper. Your role onboard is to assist the Skipper, whilst ensuring the safety of all passengers onboard. Working as part of a team you will assist with the operational activity of each event to ensure excellent service and smooth running.
Successful candidates will need to be 18 years and over, have experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, professional, confident and a team player.
This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 40 hours. Shifts covering weekdays, evenings and weekends. This is a varied role from working in the bar, crewing and maintenance of the vessels. High season consists of mainly crew and bar work. The low season consists mainly of maintenance and occasional crew work.
Training towards Skippers licence available.
Basic maintenance is required. Bar & Customer Service experience is also preferred. **PLEASE NOTE: We are not located in London. We operate on the Upper reaches of the River Thames in Caversham Reading

A a Skipper you are responsible for the safety of all passengers and staff onboard. Working as part of a team you will ensure the smooth operational activity of each sailing, that all safety procedures and standards are met together with ensuring that excellent customer service takes place onboard.
Successful candidates will need to be 18 years and over. Boatmasters' Licence is essential, however training will also be considered.
