Pangbourne

Pangbourne is a village at one end of the Whitchurch Toll Bridge in Berkshire. A stop-off point for upriver cruises, it has a large grass meadow by the side of the river, known as Pangbourne Meadows (you will find our boat stop sign marking the boarding and setting down point). From the riverbank, you can walk to the village centre with pubs and cafes as well as shops and a railway station. Winding through the back streets one arrives at the far side of the weir and the Swan at Pangbourne, a riverside pub and eatery. Pangbourne is linked to Mapledurham on the Berkshire bank by a riverside path.
