This is a slightly shorter cruise from our Caversham Pier boarding point upriver to Scours Lane where we will hold position in the rive to watch the Reading Lions Club Fireworks which will be launched from the nearby Prudential Ibis Club. We will depart at 18.30 prompt, with the fireworks expected to last around 25 minutes and we will return to Caversham approx 20.00. A proportion of the ticket price will be donated to Reading Lions.
We will be sailing from Caversham Pier at 17.30 on Sunday, November 3rd and heading up the river for about 40 minutes before arriving at Mapldedurham. We will pass into Mapledurham Lock and then position the boat in the best place for getting a good view of the fireworks. The still waters of the Thames make the perfect backdrop. Tickets are limited for this event so that everyone on board will get the best possible view. A percentage of the ticket price will be donated to Purley Primary School.
Please note as of 23rd September we have released tickets for the Caversham Lady on a second sailing as the Caversham Princess is now fully booked. Those booking on or after the 23rd September will be on the Caversham Lady.
