Both Lunch and Dinner cruises share the same menu, our onboard chefs can cater for special dietary requirements and we offer a vegetarian and vegan menu. Due to the size of the galley on the boat please could you make us aware of any requirements during the booking process and you will be prompted to do so.
You are invited to board the vessel up to 30 minutes prior to departure and the bar will open for your arrival. After mooring back alongside we also invite you to stay onboard for up to 30 minutes at the end of the cruise (Christmas goodbyes can take a while so we understand!)
Lunch Cruises – commence boarding at 12.30 with departure at 13.00 returning to the pier at 15.00 where you are welcome to stay onboard until 15.30
Dinner Cruises – commence boarding at 19.00 with departure at 19.30 returning to the pier at 22.30 where you are welcome to stay onboard until 23.00
Due to onboard space restrictions, the main course will be served from a buffet table to allow room for carving.
All Christmas cruises will depart from our boarding point at Caversham Promenade or Caversham Pier (they are next to each other) by Reading Rowing club beside Caversham Bridge Reading. There are car parks nearby which are often free at the weekend.
The boat for this cruise may be multi-deck and if so this vessel has limitations with door widths on entry and there are steps to both decks, the toilets are on the lower deck down 5-6 stairs. We recommend giving the office a quick call on 01189 481088 to discuss your requirements and we can advise on the best options for you or your guests.
