30 Minute Boat Trips from Beale Wildlife Park

If you are visiting Beale Wildlife Park why not take a boat trip on the Thames. Always a hit with children and often a nice rest for adults, complete with bar onboard this is a great addition to a park visit. The thirty-minute river trip cruises through Wind in the Willows country with wildlife and countryside turning at the large Gatehampton brick railway bridge as it crosses the Thames. You can buy a ticket onboard or in advance. Please see sailing dates and times below – we hope to see you on your next visit to the park.

This cruise has now ended for 2018 – Keep an eye out for 2019 details.

Take a Thames River Cruise

All boat trips board from the river gate for Beale Park. The gate is close to the paddling pool and pirate ship and you should see signs around the park as well as maps. For security reasons, the crew will open the gate shortly before departure and there is a very short walk to our boarding point directly opposite. You can either purchase a ticket in advance or on the day. Our boats have a bar onboard and serve hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.

Wheelchair Access

Some of our boats are multi-deck, access is via a ramp and we do have a few limitations with door widths. We recommend giving the office a quick call on 01189 481088 to discuss your requirements and we can advise on the best options for you or your guests so we can confirm the exact options for a boat operating the service on the day of your visit.
