There is something incredibly romantic about a wedding celebration on a boat, the traditional riverside homes, nature and countryside creating an ever changing and captivating backdrop as the river twists and turns.

Welcome up to 120 guests after the ceremony and travel in style to your venue. Photo opportunities abound and we will tie up alongside your chosen riverside reception venue. A wonderful and relaxed way to start the celebration.

A River Wedding reception

Up to 60 guests are invited onboard for a stunning river wedding. Canapés & bubbles are followed by a wedding breakfast silver served on the upper or lower deck as we navigate the beautiful river. As day turns to night either live music or DJ take over and an evening BBQ is served.

A wedding party

Perfect for those who maybe had a smaller wedding breakfast and want to invite more guests for an evening party for up to 120 guests. Live band or DJ with dancing under the stars with the roof rolled back and lights twinkling on the water. A BBQ or buffet make this the perfect informal wedding party

Churches in Caversham, Mapledurham, Streatley, Moulsford or Henley are ideally positioned near to the river. Step aboard for a reception or exclusive transport to your venue.

We work with numerous riverside restaurants, hotels and venues to create memorable days in some of the most stunning settings in the country.

Our Boats

The Thames Rivercruise Fleet is as diverse as the parties we host. Choose from our Heritage Fleet of the Princess Marina & Devon Belle or newer vessels such as the Caversham Princess and Caversham Lady.

All our vessels have a bar onboard and most have a full galley. Central heating and luxury furnishings allow each boat to sail all year round.

Caversham Princess

A multi-deck vessel for parties of up to 140. Ideal for fine dining or casual get togethers, complete with a large dance floor and opening roof.
