• Slices of roast turkey, served with a chestnut and cranberry stuffing

• Roasted gammon studded with cloves and cooked with honey and mustard 

• Vegetarian Option: Mediterranean vegetable and goats cheese tart

  Hot potatoes, mixed leaf salad with cucumber, tomatoes, mixed peppers and spring onions. Served with a vinaigrette dressing
  
  
• Chocolate roulade with red berries and cream or Christmas pudding and brandy sauce

Christmas Carvery Buffet

• Hot carved turkey breast served with cranberry sauce
  
  
• Hot carved gammon ham served with mustard
  
  
• Vegetarian Option: Mushroom & stilton crumble or spicy winter vegetables with a puff pastry top
  
  
• All served with:
  Hot potaotes, pancahe of vegetables, gravy and a selection of fresh breads and butter
  
  
• Chocolate roulade with winter berries or apple crumble tart, served with cinnamon cream
